MIS group

The MIS Group (Maritime Industrial Services) is a diversified engineering and contracting group providing a broad range of products and services to the oil, gas and energy sector. MIS was established in Dubai, UAE in 1979 and was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2007. From prior to the listing in 2007, MIS worked closely with Gambit in Norway.

As the company has grown over the years, MIS has continuously upgraded and adapted to meet the needs of their clients, partners, shareholders and other key stakeholders. The company’s ‘change for growth’ strategy has required close contact with all key Norwegian stakeholders and required a Norwegian partner with expertise in  aligning the company’s investor and financial media relations strategies. MIS was acquired by the regional market leader Lamprell plc. in July 2011.
